Artemis II Live Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

Welcome to artemis2.live. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the artemis2.live website (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, digital merchandise packs, and services offered on or through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit advertising, promotional material, or spam without our prior written consent

NASA-provided imagery and data used on this Site are subject to NASA’s Media Usage Guidelines and remain the property of NASA. Such content is used in accordance with NASA’s public usage policies.

3. User Contributions

Any content you submit to the Site, including comments, suggestions, or feedback, becomes the property of artemis2.live. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content.

4. Paid Features & Digital Merchandise

Certain digital merchandise packs require payment. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider PayHere.

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive access to or delivery of your digital product. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge applicable fees. All digital sales are final and subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery of digital merchandise, refunds are limited. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, artemis2.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Site.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
