Digital Nature of Products

All merchandise packs offered on Artemis II Live are digital products, such as downloadable files, access codes, virtual items, or exclusive digital content. Upon successful payment, these products are delivered instantly via email or direct download/access on the Site.

No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the digital merchandise pack has been successfully purchased and delivered (i.e., download link sent or access granted).

Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • The purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent (verified through PayHere and bank records)
  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request consideration for a refund under an exception, please email us with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or PayHere.
